The System options

Via the System options The word option (from Latin: optio = free will) used in computing means a choice. In CARAT it is normally used with a list box. you have the possibility to enter several presettings for CARAT. With the different setting possibilities you can adapt CARAT specifically to the requirements of your company. The settings you define here affect all workstations that use this installation of CARAT. Because many of the system options are relevant settings for your company, we would advise to activate the right to change the system option, via the administration of the user rights, only for selected employees.

 

Opening the system options via the index card Some dialogue windows are too voluminous, therefore the functions are separated into indexed groups.
